Testimonials

“My yoga therapy sessions with Carol were tremendous assets to my healing and recovery. I was taught to breathe, tune into and honor my body with loving kindness. I really looked forward to my sessions. It was my time to relax and just be. During this time, I didn’t need to worry about task lists, work or kids. After a life-threatening illness, this opened a new world for me. I am so grateful.” B. C.

“I have taken yoga classes off and on over several years but a health issue that impacted my breathing was making me hesitant to start up again.  During our private yoga therapy sessions, Carol took time to understand my issues and was able to help me modify my breathing to allow me to reap the full benefits of practice.  She also did research and offered valuable tips for things I could do at home to help strengthen my practice.  After just a few sessions, I felt very comfortable joining classes knowing I would be able to participate fully.”  S.C.
