The Next Immersion Starts January 12, 2026! (Mondays 7:15pm-8:30pm)
You want to make a change in your life. You want to feel better, to simplify, to experience a deeper sense of connection and peace. But where and how do you begin? Maybe you want to quit smoking, exercise more, and nourish yourself differently. Perhaps you want to carry around less anger, judgment, or resentment. You’d like to be a better parent, partner, leader. You’re bombarded with well-intentioned advice from all directions. Whom do you trust? Who has the answers?
YOU! All the wisdom you’ll ever need is inside you, but how do you access it?
In an ongoing series of 21 day programs (that meets as a group 3 Monday evenings), you’ll expand your practice beyond yoga postues to builld the capacity to enter fuller experiences of presence. In the present moment we relax into an embodied state of awareness with less resistance and the direct experience and knowledge of how to cultivate it. There are nine planned immersions for 2026. Supported by a community of amazing people, you’ll explore what true yogis have known for millennia: that Yoga is not merely the holding of physical postures. Rather, the true essence of Yoga is self-inquiry through practice. Learning through your own direct felt experience, you'll practice yoga, meditation, and healing techniques that span across the 8 limbs of yoga and create the opportunity to make small and large changes to all aspects of your life. You’ll develop a more intimate connection to your body and a more compassionate relationship with your mind, becoming more aware of unconscious habits and patterns. True transformation only happens through direct experience. There is no power greater than practicing in community!
The great Swami Kripalu said, "Yoga is the practice of tolerating the consequences of being oneself."
Note you can take any 21 day module whenever it is offered. No prerequisites.
