Alchemy Crystal Bowl Sound Bath with Malu Doherty

You are a vibrational being with a unique resonance that is healing when in balance. Alchemy Sound Healing can transport you to a state of tranquility that encourages whole-self harmony and deep healing. In a sound healing session, you’re invited to slow down and reconnect to your most authentic, spacious self, as waves of refined vibration restore the free flow of energy. Every sound healing is different and invokes a unique experience for the listener even though they’re hearing the same sounds. There is medicine to be found in the tapestry of sounds woven together with voice, drums, chimes, and Alchemy Crystal bowls. Your only requirement is to rest comfortably and receive. This evening was created just for you and is dedicated to deeply nourishing your natural healing resonance. Malú welcomes you to come, rest, and be bathed in the sacred sound of the spheres.

Important information:

• Please plan to arrive 10-15 min early to settle in with supportive props
• We use blankets, bolsters, pillows and eye covers to create support and comfort for the body in a reclined position. (you may do this in any comfortable position of your choice)

Malu Doherty is a Kripalu yoga and meditation teacher, self-care advocate, inspired art and beauty maker.  She warmly encourages others to explore the arts of self-expression and self-nourishment.  Malu offers experiences in yoga, meditation, conscious movement, and creative exploration and sound healing.  Her training and experience includes E-RYT 500 Kripalu Yoga, L2 iRest yoga nidra, Yin Yoga, conscious movement, sound healing with Sound of Ashana and Sacred Sound & Wonder.  She is also a Reiki Master under the teaching of Libby Barnett.  She lives with her husband and goldenretriever Ruby in Southboro, MA and Captiva, FL.

One-to-One Sessions:

While at Roots to Wings, Malú is offering a few spaces for individual one-to-one sound healing sessions. In a 60 min personal sound journey you’ll be guided to rest comfortably (lying down) in a private space, especially prepared for your healing. Using a variety of modalities such as crystals, chanting, essential oil, energy healing and reiki, you’ll have the opportunity to receive the pure resonance from Alchemy Bowls and be restored by vibrations that finds the healing you need.
