By signing up for this membership you agree to pay $175.00 per month for at least three months via automatic payment on a credit or debit card. Your monthly payment runs on the same day of the month each month as your purchase date. After the initial three-month period, the contract will auto renew on a month-to-month basis until cancelled by client.
Membership Benefits and Terms:
Discounts will be applied automatically at the time of purchase. Feel free to double check with us that the discount has been applied.
Memberships can be cancelled any time after the initial commitment of three months is reached. Cancellation must be received in writings. We require 14 days’ notice, or your cancellation may not take effect until after your next billing cycle.
No sharing, exchanging or refunds of memberships.
Limit one massage per month. Massage must be scheduled and used within each 30-day membership period. Unused massages do not carry over month-to-month. To Schedule your massage, text Beth at 978-463-9642.
Memberships can be frozen once per year, after the initial three-month commitment, to allow for travel, illness etc. (for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of three months). Your payment and expiration dates will shift by the number of days of your freeze. There is a one-time administrative fee of $25 to freeze your membership. Please let us know by completing the Membership Freeze form with at least 14 days’ notice
If you purchase and schedule this membership to begin in the future, the first month is always charged the day you sign up. Your future charge dates will be according to the start date you confirm when purchasing.
We reserve the right to change the price of this membership any time after the completion of the first three months of your contract.
