A 21‑Day Meditation Immersion
Meets three Mondays as a group
Part 1: March 9 – March 21
Part 2: April 6 – April 27
These two 21‑day immersions are experiential explorations into the healing power of the mind. Through simple, consistent daily practice, we investigate how focus, concentration, and absorption can cultivate a deeper felt sense of peace, clarity, and simplicity in everyday life.
Participants will be assigned a short daily meditation or meditative inquiry for 21 days. We will gather on three Monday evenings to experience guided meditation, explore subtle principles of practice, and engage in reflective group discussion.
This training is about creating a mental clarity that is known and learning how meditation actually works—not as an idea, but as a lived experience.
Guiding Questions
- What is the meditative state?
- How do I access it?
- What is “movement,” and how is it related to meditation?
- How do experiences such as silence, stillness, presence, awareness, contemplation, and mindfulness arise?
Both immersions invite you to slow down, inquire honestly, and rediscover the innate intelligence of mind and awareness.
