There are many ways to meditate at Roots to Wings, whether it be seated, walking or moving. Our meditation influences stem from a long list of teachings and teachers and spiritual masters who have inspired us over the years. While our meditation influences are rooted in lineages, our offerings span many great teachings. If you have questions about this please ask us.
Meditation Sangha Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:30am-9am
Sitting in silent meditation, the sangha holds the space for wellness and well-being in ourselves, our fellow members and our community. Together we connect with and maintain awareness while offering compassion and kindness to those around us.
