Honoring Your Body and Spirit after Cancer; Continuing to Heal

Sunday, December 8, 3-4:30pm with Arleen Damon & Ann Mills

Support your ongoing Health and Well-Being.  Gentle, mindful stretching and supported restorative poses invite your body to open, relax and heal.  Each session will be modified to meet the needs of participants.  If you are still in treatment, please pre-register by contacting Arleen at 978.985.4166 or arleendamon@gmail.com.  By Donation.

Arleen has been practicing yoga for 30 years.  She began teaching in 2009 and has been trained in Restorative Yoga from Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health and 200 hour yoga teacher training from Anahata Integrated Yoga as well as many other alternative methods from her teacher Chun Shim nim. This class is taught by Arleen Damon and Ann Mills. As a two-time breast cancer survivor, Arleen is committed to supporting those surviving and living with cancer through yoga techniques that eased her cancer treatment and restored balance in her life.  She also continues to explore opportunities to assist students towards aging gracefully.
