Please come and experience our monthly healing circle as a space to rest and restore through gentle and mindful stretching and healing practices. Each session will be modified to meet the needs of the group. Offered both in-person and zoom.

Arleen Damon has been practicing yoga for 30 years. She began teaching in 2009 and has been trained in Restorative Yoga from Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health and 200 hour yoga teacher training from Anahata Integrated Yoga as well as many other alternative methods from her teacher Chun Shim nim. As a two-time breast cancer survivor, Arleen is committed to supporting those surviving and living with cancer through yoga techniques that eased her cancer treatment and restored balance in her life. She also continues to explore opportunities to assist students towards aging gracefully.
