New Student Special

3 Weeks of Yoga for $59

Jen Truppner, Teacher
Jennifer has taught yoga for over 15 years, and has loved every minute of it! The welcoming environment she creates encourages people to let go, explore, enjoy and accept who they are on the mat. She received her certification at Anahata Integrated Yoga Teacher Training, and has experience with Beginners, Anusara, Vinyasa, Partner, Yin, and Restorative Yoga. Combining her yoga skills with meditation, Yogic Philosophy, Reiki and Andean Traditional Medicine, Jennifer can create a gentle, deeply meditative flow and a strong, enlivening practice according to the style of class. Ideally, Jen's classes will be informed by her check-ins at the beginning, so the community can co-create. Participation is encouraged, but everyone can just go with the flow.

"I was very lucky to discover yoga in my teens. Back then, there was one yoga center in town. It was filled with squishy wall-to-wall carpeting, like a soft nurturing nest. The people there were so happy to see my young feet walking through the door. They accepted me exactly as I was, supported and believed in me, and helped me grow in ways I didn't even know were available to me. Then the owner of the center invited me to teach. To be invited to teach something I loved so much meant, and still means, the world to me. I hope to give back what I was given, meet my students where they are and help them grow toward who they are becoming."

My favorite yoga poses are: half-moon, wheel and headstand, depending on my mood ;)
