Workshop Cancellation Policy: If you cannot attend your event, please inform us in writing 3 business days prior to the class start date to receive a full credit toward future use. If we receive your notice less than 3 days before the event start date but before the first day of the event, your credit will be 50% of the tuition fee. Credits cannot be given for cancellations received on the first day of event or afterward. Please note that some events are non-refundable. You are refunded in full for any event cancelled by Roots to Wings. No refunds or credit are issued for classes postponed due to weather – every effort is made to reschedule such events.
