Jennifer LeDuc, Teacher

Jennifer LeDuc is a compassionate educator and youth coach with over 30 years of experience, dedicated to supporting adolescents in their academic and personal journeys. Holding a Master of Education (M.Ed.), she has spent more than 25 years teaching middle school science and mathematics across both independent and public school settings, along with developing programs for various nonprofits. Jennifer’s expertise is further enhanced by her certifications in mindfulness and neuroscience, including IMTA certification and iBME teacher training. Additionally, she is certified by Landmark College to teach and support neurodivergent students.Jennifer’s approach is rooted in the belief that openness and curiosity are the foundation of meaningful learning and growth. She integrates mindfulness practices, grounded in neuroscience and trauma-informed techniques, to help students cultivate self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience. Her work is grounded in her deep connection to the natural world and her personal mindfulness practice, creating a holistic learning environment that supports both academic achievement and overall well-being. As the creator and lead facilitator of RESET: Youth Resilience, Jennifer provides a safe space for adolescents to explore tools for stress management, emotional well-being, and mindful decision-making. Through RESET, she combines gentle breathwork, movement, and group reflection with her unique Triple A Framework—Awareness, Alignment, and Action—empowering students to develop resilience and thrive amidst the challenges they face. Jennifer’s ability to build meaningful connections with young people is at the heart of her work. Her approach is focused on creating an environment where students feel safe to explore, connect, and grow, fostering a sense of clarity and confidence as they navigate their academic and personal lives.
