Reiki 1 and Art with Stephanie Noah

Saturday, June 7, 2025 1pm-4pm, Cost $200

Join Reiki Master, Steph Noah, in the reiki 1 attunement process. Reiki is a Japanese hands-on technique to relieve stress, promote relaxation and healing for both self and others. She will attune new practitioners and participants will practice their technique during class. The second half the workshop will demonstrate opening channels of the right side of the brain, which is primarily used during reiki sessions. This will be encouraged by drawing and painting a still life setup.

Please bring materials of your choice such as: watercolors, pencil, pastels, colored pencils, paper. Email the studio if questions on materials. Also recommended is the book: Essential Reiki by Diane Stein.

Reiki 1 Attunement Certificate will be provided.
