How Does it Work?

$185 a month via automatic payment on credit card or debit card OR bank withdrawal (3 month minimum)

Membership can start anytime. After your monthly charge goes through, book your extra monthly service.

Limit one extra service per month. Session must be scheduled and used within each 30-day membership period and can only be booked after your charge for that month has been processed.  Unused service sessions do not carry over month-to-month.

Traditional Swedish techniques are used in addition to deep tissue, myofacial release, neuromuscular technique, reiki, polarity, aromatherapy, visualization, color therapy and intuition. Experience the essence of holistic wellness through compassionate touch and ancient healing techniques.

Yoga Therapy with Carol Gamble

Yoga therapy is the adaptation of yoga methodology for people seeking to resolve or manage a health condition or problem. Carol Gamble works with individuals of all ages with a variety of conditions and varying degrees of physical fitness, carefully selecting and modifying yoga postures, breathing techniques, guided meditation and relaxation practices to meet their therapeutic needs.

Private Restorative Yoga with Arleen Damon

Refill your body and spirit with restorative yoga. We work very hard in our lives and while we may sleep, we rarely take time to rest. Restorative yoga helps us learn to relax and rest, deeply releasing tension, soothing the nervous system and strengthening the immune system.

Private Breathwork with Sally Cote

A deep breath work journey for self-discovery, stress and anxiety release.  This 1:1 practice will offer guided breathing patterns, integration and quiet reflection. You will leave with a breath that you can do on your own as a daily practice.

Private Yoga Session with Joanne Travers

Joanne weaves yoga philosophy, yoga physical practices, and meditation to help students deepen mind body connection, cultivate inner wisdom, heal and restore balance.

Private Yoga Session with Beth Houlihan

Individualized yoga session to focus on what your body, mind and spirit need most. Class tailored to your needs and may include energy practices, postures, breathwork and relaxation.

Energy Healing with Mike Houlihan

The energy healing work Mike offers is integrative and personalized, drawing from: yoga and healing postures, breathwork and meditation, hands-on healing (similar to Reiki and acupressure), transpersonal and transformational practices, and general guidance and support for conscious living.  A central goal of this work is to help you become your own best healer. Homework is often suggested to support learning how to feel, move, and work with your own energy between sessions.

Body Composition Analysis with Dr. Schulman

The InBody is a quick, non-invasive body composition analyzer that uses gentle bioelectrical impedance (you won’t feel it) to measure what can’t be seen on the scale-muscle, fat and water balance throughout the body.  In about a minute, it generates a clear printout of your results. InBody scanning offers a thoughtful, whole-body snapshot beyond pounds on a scale, including visceral fat and muscle distribution, helping you track change, celebrate progress and support a healthier, stronger you from the inside out.  (limit 2 InBody scans per year, scheduled 4 months apart).
