Caring for the Caregiver - Serving with a Full Heart

Are you feeling depleted from the care you shower onto others? Are you in need of time away for renewal and restoration? Does the weight of responsibility feel overwhelming? Would you like to experience methods and tools to bring peace and equanimity to your life?
Come together in community with other caregivers – those whose lives include providing service and care to others. Experience deep rest and relaxation, practice tools for setting boundaries, explore tools to experience the present moment with peace and equanimity, and practice methods to deepen self-love and compassion. This program is for all types of caregivers such as health care providers, mental health practitioners, teachers, parents, and caregivers of aging parents.
The program will be deeply nourishing and will focus on self-care practices and tools. You will experience the deep restorative rest of gentle yoga movements, self-massage, healthy boundary setting, and meditation practices. You will leave with a customized plan to bring self-care into your life.

Anandamai Charlyn Reihman is an advanced Kripalu Yoga teacher with a passion for connecting proven ancient practices to our modern living—bolstering our ability to trust our heart, deeply know our truth, and live the best version of ourselves. An esteemed teacher, author, mentor, and guide, Charlyn leads workshops that elevate and illuminate the path to connecting meaningfully with self and others including.
She is the author of the acclaimed book Walking the Path of Love: Connecting to the Kripalu Lineage and the Core Teachings of Swami Kripalu. Charlyn served for over 10 years on the Board of Directors for Kripalvananda Yoga Institute, a nonprofit dedicated to preserving the teachings of Swami Kripalu and maintaining Muktidham where he lived during his years in the United States. She has deep roots in the land of her family farm where she grew up, raised her children.
Carol Gamble is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and a professional 500- hour level yoga teacher trained at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox, MA. She has over 17 years teaching experience, devoting herself to meeting individuals where they are, and promoting compassionate self-awareness as a path to harmony, health, and well-being. An IAYT -certified yoga therapist, she has qualifications in terms of education, knowledge, skills along with demonstrated experience in accordance with the IAYT’s educational standards for the training of yoga therapists. Carol is also a founder of North of Boston Cancer Resource, a non-profit support organization that provides access to resources, education and services that empower and support the whole person throughout cancer treatment and beyond. Carol lives in Newburyport with her husband Alan and puppy Liberty Belle.
