You already know something bigger is possible. You’ve felt it. Living The Three Essentials: Experiential Tools for Freedom and Joy is where we stop talking about transformation and actually do it — together, in real time, with real tools and probably more than a few real laughs.
In this lively, hands-on workshop, teacher and author Devarshi Steven Hartman guides you through an experiential journey to identify what’s quietly standing between you and your next magical chapter. No theory, no lecture — just powerful, playful practice.
Together we will:
Because let’s be honest — the journey to freedom is a lot more fun when you’re not doing it alone.
Come as you are. Leave lighter, clearer, and just a little more delighted by your own life.
Devarshi’s passion is human transformation—the mystery of how people awaken to their highest selves. His own journey has taken him into decades of yoga practice and spiritual study, complemented by powerful experiences in personal growth arenas including EST, Lifespring, LifeStream, ARAS, The New Warrior Training, The Mankind Project and the Avatar Master/Wizard programs. Since 1976 he has also been a dedicated student and teacher of A Course in Miracles. His time at Kripalu Center placed him at the crossroads of contemporary yoga, offering the opportunity to learn from nearly every leading yoga teacher of the past three decades, and to gather a treasury of transformational tools that continue to inspire his work.
Today, Devarshi teaches at world-renowned centers such as Omega Institute in New York, Esalen Institute in California, and other beloved studios and retreat spaces around the country. At home in Maui, he offers private sessions in Yoga Therapy, Spiritual Support, Transformational Breathwork, and Bodywork. He lives with his beloved partner Kaki, shares a retreat center and hibiscus farm with his son Patrick, and treasures visits with his daughter September in Los Angeles. Each summer, Devarshi and Kaki spend time in New England, continuing to weave community and share the teachings that light their lives.
