Breathing Buddies Yoga Camp

Enjoy mindful games & activities, meet new friends and learn fun breathing practices to help you stay calm, strong and healthy. Create a breathing book and enjoy a take-home bag with fun breathing props to support your practice. Cost $65 (includes crafts). Pre-registration required. Minimum 5 students. Ages 6-10.

Starlight Yoga Camp

Practice yoga and meditation with friends, find your inner peace star and connect to your beautiful starlight within. Crafts include magic color star wands, star affirmation cards, and a mindful star jar. Cost $65 (includes crafts). Pre-registration required. Minimum 5 students. Ages 6-10.
