Stacia completed her 200hr yoga teacher training through the Pranotthan Yoga School under the guidance of Jovinna Chan. She first came to yoga for the physical aspect of the practice, but then stayed for the deeper connection she discovered to her own true essence. Stacia believes that yoga is like therapy for the body, mind, and soul. She has a deep intuitive connection and uses it to guide her teaching and personal practice allowing for physical and emotional release. Stacia comes to teaching with an open heart and sense of compassion for each of her students. Stacia incorporates her training in Positive Psychology coaching and natural healing abilities to her work on and off the mat. She believes that when we open our bodies (through yoga), the deeper healing can begin.
