Arleen has practiced yoga for 30 years and began teaching in 2009 at Roots to Wings Healing and Yoga Studio. She trained at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in Restorative Yoga and received her 200 hour teacher training from Anahata Integrated Yoga.
