Anna Hill lives in Newburyport with her two teenaged daughters and has been practicing yoga for the past two years. She was the Varsity girls soccer and lacrosse coach at Governor's Academy for 13 years. After going back to work full time in a Physical Therapy clinic and as a massage therapist, she has found her way back to working with teens- this time, from a different perspective. Noticing first the overwhelming stress that her two daughters were feeling and realizing through her own practice the benefits of yoga, she decided she wanted to help by giving teenagers healthy tools to use for stress management. This led her to take the Teen and Tween teacher training through Child Light Yoga in Dover, NH and she is currently working on her 200 hour YTT.  “Teens today seem to be feeling an extraordinary amount of anxiety, and are searching for ways to get relief and feel good about themselves. I feel both excited and honored to be able to offer a safe space for teens to connect with their peers while learning tools that empower them to feel good in their bodies and minds.”

Katie Lamie began practicing yoga during her time studying at Boston College and has been an avid student for ten years.  She completed her 200  hour yoga teacher training at The Yoga Studio in Millis in 2012.  Katie's passion is bringing yoga and empowerment to teens and tweens.  She infuses her classes with creativity, fun and laughter and also holds certifications in holistic health counseling, reiki and aromatherapy.  Yoga has helped Katie create stronger roots in her life and learn to slow down and turn inward to hit the reset button.

Christina Gardner-Burns As a formally trained educator (Masters in Education & Creative Arts in Learning), as well as her RYT 500 hours of yoga teacher training, Christina Gardner-Burns brings considerable experience to her kids, as well as teen yoga classes.
