Story Time Yoga (ages 4-6)

Fall Session: Mondays 4:00-4:45pm / September 16-November 18 / No class 11/11

Classes will be themed each week with a picture book linking literacy with movement. 8weeks/$108. Mature younger &  older siblings welcome. Instructor: Stacia Smith.


Little Roots Yoga (ages 6-12)

Fall Session: Tuesdays 4:30-5:30pm / September 17-November 5

Winter Session: Tuesdays 4:30-5:30pm / November 12-January 14 / No classes 12/24, 12/31

Class includes traditional yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, mindfulness activities, partner poses, guided relaxation and fun crafts that tie in class themes. 8 weeks/$108. Instructor: Beth Houlihan.

Yoga for ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) (ages 6-12)

This class is specifically structured to support the unique needs of children experiencing the symptoms of ASD. In this supportive environment, children will experience a yoga practice incorporating mindfulness, meditation, yoga postures, play, and relaxation. The flow of class will be consistent and predictable each week building on previously learned skills and allowing for greater participation. The group class structure naturally encourages peer interaction and shared experience.   8 weeks/$108. Instructor: Stacia Smith.

Yogi Warriors (all boys ages 6-12)

Fall Session: Thursdays 4:30pm-5:30pm / September 19-November 14 / no class 10/31

Winter Session: Thursdays 4:30pm-5:30pm / December 5-January 30 / no class 12/26

This class will focus on building Executive Functioning Skills, Focus & Concentration, Emotional Intelligence, Stress Management, Brain Balance and Body, Mind & Spirit Connection, while increasing confidence and positive self-image. 8 weeks/$108. Instructor: Stacia Smith.

Tween Yoga (ages 9-12)

Fall Session: Fridays 4:00pm-5:00pm / September 20-November 8

Tween Yoga classes help to create a healthy attitude of positivity, self-awareness and community – while also building confidence. Together we will explore how yoga helps us to understand our body and mind balance. Each week we will explore an aspect of yogic philosophy (such as kindness, gratitude and finding balance) in an age appropriate context. Through mindful crafts, yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation, we will dive deep into this ancient practice. Classes are designed to be accessible, FUN and to help students take their lessons off the mat and into their daily lives.  8 weeks/$108.  Instructor: Stacia Smith.

Finding Balance: A Chakra Series for Teens (ages 13+)

Fall Session: Thursdays 6:00pm-7:15pm / October 17-December 19 / no classes 10/31 & 11/28

In this 8-week series specifically designed for 13+, we will explore ways to feel our absolute best this fall. Each class will focus on balancing one chakra. We will flow through gentle sequences and tune inward to explore how each chakra can teach us how to live our lives feeling strong, balanced, empowered and relaxed. Essential oils and aromatherapy complement the experience. We will end each class with a long guided savasana. You will leave feeling restored and renewed, and ready to take that feeling off your mat and into your week. 8 weeks/$99. Drop-in/$15. Instructor: Dr. Tee.

Family Yoga

Sunday November 17 / 3:30pm-4:30pm

Thanksgiving is a time to reflect on all we are grateful for.  Spend time as a family connecting to your true essence and each other.  Through playful poses, simple breathing techniques, family partner poses and deep relaxation, we will explore the true nature of gratitude.  Bond, breathe and move together in this one hour family yoga workshop! Ages 3 and up. Cost $25/family. Instructor: Stacia Smith.

Gratitude: A Mother-Daughter Workshop

Sunday, November 24, 2019 / 3:00-4:30pm

As we approach the holidays, take time to give thanks for what really matters. In this mother-daughter workshop we will tune into the sacred bond mothers and daughters share. We will flow through gentle yoga sequences, explore our potential as women, and open our hearts to life and each other. Aromatherapy and essential oils will complement the experience. Leave feeling restored, renewed, strong, and ready for Thanksgiving. Recommended daughter's ages 13-25. Cost $25 per pair.
