Little Roots Yoga
Helping children manage stress through yoga and fun activities. Each class includes simple breathwork, yoga poses, mindfulness and relaxation to help stay healthy, strong and calm during these challenging times. We will unwind from the day, connect with one another and enjoy a unique craft that ties into class themes. Students have the option of attending class virtually on Zoom or In-Person (limited to 6 students in-person). Masks are required for the in-person classes. Pre-registration is required.
