Integrative Bodywork
Heather has over 17 years of experience in providing healing therapies. Overall, her style is positive and enthusiastic, and her aim is to help clients increase awareness of the links between their mind and body so they can learn ways to heal themselves (with a little bit of help from Heather!)

Her formal training in health and wellness began in 2004. Heather completed qualifications in both Australia and the US in reiki, myofascial release, healing touch, reflexology, craniosacral therapy, hot stone massage, aromatherapy, pre-natal massage, and east-west and remedial cupping. Heather is also qualified as an infant massage instructor. She holds diplomas in Remedial Massage (including trigger point massage (advanced), sports injury protocols) from the Australasian College of Natural Therapies and Massage Therapy from the Muscular Therapy Institute. She also trained as a meridian yoga therapist in both yin and yang yoga, and also completed Certification IV in Mat Pilates and Prenatal Mat Pilates with Polestar Pilates. Her love for health and wellness continued over the years receiving a Bachelors Degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, and currently studying a Masters in Psychology.

Shadow work can sometimes be part of the treatment with consent from the client. Heather will use her intuition and clairaudience to help give guidance as to why physical ailments might exist. Shadow work is simply becoming aware of what’s hidden and learning how to heal those aspects of yourself.

Heather integrates modalities the client needs on the day of treatment and customizes each healing session to help relieve musculoskeletal pain, and to provide her clients with a profound physical and emotional body-mind awareness.

60 Minute Session $95 / 90 Minute Session $130

Summer Schedule: Heather is available Tuesdays & Thursdays 9am-12:30pm and Saturdays 8am-1pm

Fall Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays 9am-3pm and Saturdays 8am-1pm (additional availability to follow)
