Bonnie discovered yoga over 26 years ago and has been practicing ever since. Through teaching her goals are to help others reconnect with their bodies, develop better coping mechanisms through self-awareness and gain more access to their innate inner strength, joy and peace. Her style is soothing, lighthearted and inclusive. She offers hatha and vinyasa yoga with a focus on gaining strength and flexibility in the body as well as developing awareness and acceptance of the present moment, all potentially leading to greater clarity, peace and happiness in life. In 2014 she completed a 200 hour teacher training at Anahata Yoga in Newbury, MA. She is currently 200 RYT certified by the Yoga Alliance.
