Beach Yoga

Breathing in the sun, sounds, and salt air brings a very different dimension to our yoga practice. If you love the outdoors and you love yoga, we highly recommend practicing at the beach.

Enjoy a gentle flow yoga class Sunday mornings with Jena Ocean from 7:15-8:15am on Plum Island. Classes are designed to link breath and movement and help open your energy centers. All Levels welcome.

Please park at the Wildlife Refuge lot #1.  Walk to the left once you get on the beach. Bring a mat, a towel, sunglasses, bug spray and dress in layers. Students may use class cards, membership or drop in rate is $20.  Please pre-register and pay ahead for class.

Daily refuge passes are $5 for vehicle and $2 for bike/walk-on.  Annual passes are $20.
