A skill-building initiative to quiet our minds and feed our calm.

It's summer vacation and time to relax...are you finding that relaxing is pretty impossible?  Anxiety, fear, worry and depression are all emotions that everyone has, but sometimes we can get tangled up in them, overwhelmed, and even take on physical stress.

The good news is that a sense of calm and joy are available to us.  When we know how to respond to our stresses and emotions, we all have the ability to choose what feeds us.

What if you could learn a few easy techniques that you could use to help relax and feel your inner peace?

Join us to learn how to tap into your body's ability to relax and feel calm.  The evening will include a combination of relaxation, breathing and movement.  Wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle and yoga mat.  Cost $75, aid available.
