Whether you’re new to yoga, have been away for some time, or simply want to reconnect with the basics, this is the class for you. Over a 5 week period you will learn safe alignment, breathing techniques, how to connect to your core, and more. Cultivating strength, flexibility and balance. Detailed instruction and plenty of guidance & support. Come learn or (deepen your understanding of) the fundamentals of yoga for a safe and long lasting yoga practice.
